Build depth without narrowing your scope. You’ll still see the usual mix, care plans, chronic disease, and families you support long term. But you won’t be stuck there. You’ll have the backing, patient demand and clinical support to specialise in procedural medicine, ADHD, integrative medicine or women’s health. High patient demand. Mixed billing. No empty diary. You can realistically earn up to $2,200 per day while you carve out a niche and stop feeling interchangeable. Location: Brisbane, QLD About the Role This is a permanent GP position within a purpose-built practice moving into a brand new 11-room facility. The clinic is building a core team of long-term GPs. The model is comprehensive general practice with room to develop a genuine area of focus. You won’t be starting from zero. The Principal GP is booked two months in advance and patients are redistributed internally. There is consistent overflow demand from day one. The Principal is dual-qualified as a GP and lawyer. Billing is conservative and compliant. Monthly safety and M&M meetings are embedded. You practise inside clear frameworks with strong medico-legal oversight. VR and Non-VR GPs are welcome. ACRRM supervisors are on-site and RACGP pathways are supported. Level 1 supervision can be considered. The Role Offers $1,500–$2,000 per day achievable with standard GP work Up to $2,200 per day with procedural, ADHD or integrative focus Established ADHD service with mentorship available Integrative medicine scope including IV infusions and ACNEM Fellowship support Dedicated procedure room for IUDs, skin and minor surgical work After-hours model to 10pm with ED-trained GPs onsite Brand new 11-room facility with onsite pharmacy, pathology and radiology Leadership pathway and future equity potential as the clinic expands What You’ll Be Doing Delivering full-scope general practice care with continuity Developing depth in ADHD, women’s health, integrative medicine or procedural work Performing procedures such as IUD insertions, skin and minor surgical work Working alongside experienced GPs within a structured after-hours minor injury stream Participating in a governance-led, safety-focused clinical culture What You Need Specialist Registration with AHPRA as a VR GP Or Non-VR GP eligible for supervision pathways Interest in refining a subspecialty alongside general practice Collaborative mindset and long-term outlook Comfort working within structured governance and compliant billing frameworks Rural generalist or ED background advantageous but not essential This isn’t a volume treadmill. It’s a clinic setting up properly from the start. Clear governance. Real demand. Space to grow. If you want to build depth, earn well, and still practise proper general practice, this is the kind of environment that makes that realistic. If this is of any interest to you, let’s talk it through properly. Reach out to Jacob either via email at jacob@dnarecruit.com.au or phone at 0488 858 078 (Quote Ref: 16104) DNAGPPermFebruary2026
